Fully Fragile Antenna label

The antenna of this Anti-transfer Label adopts the fully fragile technology,  the Fully Fragile Antenna is processed into the label through composite processing. The Fragile Antenna will break when peeling the label from the object, and the label cannot be recognized.

Advantages:

1.The antenna can be completely torn off, so that the label will be completely without function after torn off.

Disadvantages:

1. High quality requirements for  the Fully Fragile Antenna materials.

2. The temperature and pressure in the zone are difficult to control, which increases the difficulty of production.


Partly Fragile Antenna label

The antenna of this Anti-transfer Label adopts the Partly Fragile technology,  the Partly Fragile Antenna is processed into the label through composite processing. The Fragile Antenna will break when peeling the label from the object, and the label cannot be recognized.

Advantages:

1. The production process for the label is easier than the Fully Fragile Antenna label.

2. It is more suitable for HF label, because the HF label will have no function as long as the antenna is broken.

Disadvantages:

1. The UHF antenna can still be read for a short distance after being torn off.


Surface material transfer label

The antenna of this Anti-transfer Label adopts both Fully Fragile technology and Partly Fragile technology,  the Partly Fragile Antenna is processed into the label through composite processing. It will use three thermal paper (waterproof, oil, friction) when compositing. If you want to tear off the label attached to the surface of the object, you can only tear off the top layer. If you forcibly tear off the bottom layer, the antenna will be broken and the label cannot be recognized.

Label with knife incision

This anti-transfer label  use the production mode of ordinary etched antenna and knife incision. The label surface is designed with knife mold for knife edge. When the label is attached to the object, forced tearing will cause the label tear off the antenna along the knife incision position, achieving the effect that the label cannot be recognized.

Disadvantages:

1. Not beautiful, the surface has cut marks

2. The position of the blade is limited, so avoid the antenna area, and the anti-tear effect is limited
